Dennis helps a diverse profile of clients - some with modest means, others with great means - achieve their estate planning for family and charitable purposes. He writes and lectures frequently on topics including use of trusts, special needs planning, elder law, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, Medicare Set-aside Arrangements, Qualified Settlement Funds, digital asset access planning. His affiliations with the Special Needs Alliance LLC, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association give him a vast array of resources to draw upon in aid of client planning. Dennis was born and raised in New Jersey, watching too much Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, and Gunsmoke on his parents' black-and-white Philco TV.
